Welcome To Therapy To Go Massage Therapy.

I provide an anatomically based massage using various techniques in a focused manner. The intent is to calm the central nervous system, bring about a positive change in muscles by loosening layers of connective tissue(fascia,) thereby increasing muscle pliability, improving range of motion, decreasing pain and increasing blood circulation. Receiving regular massage will help to improve rehab of an injury; decrease effects of stress and tension and restore body and mind to optimal health.
